Mandy's Thoughts on Childhood

Worry Free

One of the best times in my life was my childhood. I remember that it was one of the only times I was worry free. Children don't have to worry about grades, they don't have to worry about looks and impressing people, and they don't have to worry about paying for anything.

When you were in elementary school, did you go home and write five page papers or ponder on the quadratic equation? I know I didn't, and I'm pretty sure you didn't either. One thing kids don't have to worry about is grades. Children can go home and leave school at school.

Another thing children don't stress over is looks. When I was little, my stomach could pouch out to Texas, and I would still wear a two-piece. When I'm the least bit bloated now, I won't even get into a bating suit. Kids don't feel the need to go around impressing people. It's not their style. They don't even like to bathe.

One of the main things kids don't have to worry about is being low on cash. Children don't have to pay for food, utilities, "outings", or clothes. They don't have to contribute towards anything. Some kids even get an allowance!

As you can see, children live the simplest lives. They practically live worry free. Now you can see why I say that childhood was one of the best times of my life.
