God's Gift

God's Gift Our children are God's gift to us,
But life can be so dangerous...
In just the twinkling of an eye
We can be turning our heads
and throwing our hands
up toward the sky.
But we have to remember
That God is not the sender
Of things that go bump in the night.
We might not ever understand
or know God's plan
While here on earth
BUT
When we go home to Him
Our eyes that were dim
and filled with tears
maybe for years and years and years........
Will shine like the Son
Our life on earth will be done
Then His plan will be revealed
Our hearts will be healed
and we will rejoice together..forever
with God's one and only Son.
